what is Trex Decking?

Trex Composite Decking

Trex is the world’s leading brand of high-performance composite decking. Made from 95% recycled materials—including reclaimed wood and plastic film—Trex boards are engineered to offer the natural look of wood without the ongoing maintenance, rot, or decay. Ideal for Iowa’s harsh weather, Trex decking is designed to last for decades with minimal upkeep.

As certified Trex installers, Henry’s Painting & Contracting offers complete design and installation of Trex’s full lineup—from luxurious multi-tone boards to budget-friendly options that don’t compromise on quality.. At Henry’s Painting & Contracting, we install all major Trex product lines with expert craftsmanship and local experience.

Unlike Wood, Trex Composite Decking Won’t:

ROT, WARP OR SPLINTER

Require seasonal painting, sealing, or staining

Fade or stain from weather

and use

Attract termites or pests
